The Khalistan tiger force (KTF) conspired to assassinate a Hindu priest named Kamaldeep Sharma in Jalandhar, Punjab, in 2021, according to a complaint filed by the national investigation agency (national investigation agency) on Friday before the national investigation agency special court, Jalandhar.
Gagandeep Singh has been accused of violating sections 120b read with sections 25(7) and 25(8) of the arms act as well as sections 17, 18, and 20 of the unlawful activities prevention act. According to the national investigation agency news release, “investigations have shown that the entire plan was Organized by accused HarshDeep Singh Nijjar and ArshDeep Singh, both of whom are based in Canada, in order to upset peace and destroy the communal harmony.”
The targeted attack was carried out by the terror gang members using firearms provided by the accused Gagandeep Singh @ Guddu on Arshdeep’s orders, according to the national investigation agency news release.
According to the national investigation agency news release, on July 4, 2022, the national investigation agency filed a charge sheet against the four defendants.
