NCLT Services

National Company Law Tribunal is established to resolve the dispute and to provide regulations for the same. It is a quasi-judicial body. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) was established vide the power conferred from Article 245 of the Indian Constitution and the tribunal was established under the Companies Act, 2013. Further, there are more power conferred to NCLT under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, they act as the adjudicating authority for the insolvency resolution process of companies and limited liability partnerships.

Further, it is pertinent to know that the decisions of NCLT can be appealed in NCLAT, furthermore, the judgements and orders of the NCLAT can be challenged before the apex court.
